Required materials: A notebook for taking notes and recording assignments, a pencil for classroom work. Drafting tools will be provided to all students

Classroom Rules:
Safety glasses will be worn in the shop at ALL times when entering the shop! Glasses will be provided for all students. If you are caught without your glasses
You will lose your privilege of entering the shop.
NO swearing or vulgar language of any kind. 1st offense: Student will clean the floor drains or be assigned a Saturday school. Multiple offenses will be referred to the principle’s office.
DO NOT bring cell phones, Ipods or MP3 players to class. They will be confiscated.
Students will be in their assigned seats at the beginning of class.
No machinery or equipment will be operated until the student has been instructed on its safe and proper operation.
All students will perform their assigned cleanup duty. Students are graded on their clean up effort or lack thereof.
Take proper care of all drafting/CAD tools assigned to you. You will be charged for any broken items.
Assignments and Tests
Students are expected to turn in assignments on time. Late points will be deducted for late assignments.
If you are absent on a test day you will be given two days to make it up.
Students are responsible for making up missed work according to the handbook. If a test or assignment is not made up within a reasonable amount of time a zero will be given for the assignment.
